I googled and found some, but I'm not sure what those files really contain. I'm looking for a legit fps configuration, which maybe could help a little. So I set everything to low, set the lowest resolution, but the fps was still max 20. My laptop has a horrible graphics card (if you even can call it a graphics card.).
